The event, taking place this week, includes keynote presentations, workshops and 1 on 1 meetings as well as fun in the sun with leisure days in St. Thomas and St. Martin.
The company, which is host to more than 2000+ Agents, also expects over 400 travel agents to attend its 2009 Cruise to Success® Conference, aboard the Carnival Splendor.
Although the National Conference theme is Engagement, confidence is the prevailing message according to CEO and Founder Michael Drever. “I can’t think of a better time to hold our conference,” says Drever. “In the past 21 years, we have seen turmoil a number of times. One thing that has sustained our continuous growth is doing things the CruiseShipCenters’ way, and that means continuing to market effectively and proactively.”

New marketing programs for 2009 and enhancements to CruiseDesk® technology are among the initiatives to be revealed this week.
