7Seas Club is fully integrated with the CruiseDesk® Enterprise CRM System, linking it directly with current marketing promotions, point of sale invoicing, your personalized website and a fully complimentary reporting system.

cruisedesk formThe 7SEAS Club Contact Management System allows Cruise Consultants to enter and maintain relevant sales information on clients and prospects and sign them up for custom email and direct mail marketing. The system stores contact details such as name, address, phone number, email address, spousal information, passport details and birthdates. In addition, a travel preferences section is included denoting the types of activities and amenities the client prefers. A cruise history section is also available to record past cruise line loyalty programs. The Booking History link provides access to the client's previous invoices. Full reporting is available on all information. Plus, most importantly, Cruise Consultants can sign the client up to receive relevant promotions based on the client's personal preferences.
